Barfoots of Botley is seeking a Despatch Team Leader to drive the day-to-day running of our Despatch operation in a fast-paced fresh produce environment. You'll lead a team, plan workloads, ensure orders are picked, loaded and dispatched on time, and cooperate with Production, Farm teams and transport providers to maintain flow, accuracy and high food-safety standards.

This role offers development opportunities and the chance to deputise for the Despatch Supervisor as you gain leadership.
