The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and approachable individual to join our team as a part -time Receptionist, providing a warm welcome to visitors and associated day-to-day administrative support. As one of the first points of contact for Barfoots, you’ll play an important part in creating a positive first impression. It’s a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and helping others.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they receive a friendly, professional service
- Answering/screening incoming calls and directing them to the right person
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Keeping the reception area welcoming and well presented
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Providing general administration & office support where applicable
- Helping the wider team with general day-to-day tasks
