We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience isn't essential—we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

What you will be doing:

No two days are the same. Depending on the department you're working in, you'll help with a range of production activities, including:

  • Preparing fresh produce for packing
  • Sorting and grading products to quality standards
  • Packing and labelling finished products
  • Carrying out visual quality checks
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Working with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

Full Training Provided:

We'll support you from day one with a comprehensive induction covering:

  • Food Safety Level 2
  • Allergen Awareness
  • Manual Handling
  • COSHH
  • Safe working practices
  • Production processes

Working Environment

You’ll be working in a temperature-controlled fresh produce facility (typically 3°C–5°C). The role involves standing for long periods and some manual handling.
