Hospitality Partnerships Officer
Chester & Warrington | Full-Time (initial 6-month fixed-term contract) | £24,000 + Commission
Barfection is looking for a confident, people-focused individual to join our team and help build relationships with hospitality businesses across Chester and Warrington.
This is an opportunity to use your existing hospitality knowledge in a new role focused on business development, employer partnerships and helping people into employment.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with local bars, restaurants, hotels and cafés.
- Visit hospitality businesses and develop new employer partnerships, creating opportunities for placements, permanent recruitment, and employment outcomes for learners who have completed our Skills Bootcamp programmes.
- Identify recruitment opportunities and generate new business.
- Attend networking events and represent Barfection in the local community.
What we're looking for
- Experience in hospitality, ideally with an understanding of how venues operate.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised and target-driven attitude.
- A genuine interest in helping people progress into work.
Previous business development experience isn't essential — we'll value your hospitality experience, personality and willingness to learn.
