About the Role
Barfection Events is on the lookout for experienced and professional Waiting Staff to join our dynamic team. You'll be representing Barfection at a wide variety of events — from elegant hotel functions and buzzing hospitality venues to stylish private parties and large-scale events across Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for confident and capable waiting staff who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy variety in their work, and take pride in delivering polished, high-quality service. You’ll need to hit the ground running, so at least 1 year of hospitality or waiting experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional table and guest service throughout events
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and confidently
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately
- Clear, reset, and maintain tables to a high standard
- Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown
- Maintain excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Work effectively as part of a team across different venues and event styles
- Follow all health & safety, food hygiene, and venue procedures
- Represent Barfection Events with a positive, can-do attitude at every booking
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working in hospitality, waiting, or events (essential)
