About the Role

Barfection Events is on the lookout for experienced and cocktail-trained Event Bartenders to join our dynamic team. You'll be representing Barfection at a wide variety of events — from elegant hotel functions and buzzing bars to stylish private parties and large-scale hospitality venues across Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for confident and capable bartenders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy variety in their work, and take pride in delivering polished, high-quality service. You’ll need to hit the ground running, so at least 1 year of bar experience is essential. Whether you’re shaking up classics or creating bespoke drinks for special occasions, your flair, speed, and professionalism will make a lasting impression on guests — and keep the drinks flowing smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines with confidence, speed, and attention to detail
