Barista - Events Team in Chester

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individuals to join our Events Team as Baristas, working across a variety of exciting venues and hospitality events.

No previous barista or hospitality experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to get started in hospitality, learn new skills and gain experience working at exciting events and venues.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, enjoy meeting new people and be keen to learn how to prepare and serve great coffee in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learning to prepare and serve a variety of coffees and hot beverages to a high standard

• Learning to use espresso machines, grinders and other coffee equipment

• Providing friendly and professional customer service at events and venues

• Setting up and maintaining clean, tidy and organised coffee stations

• Supporting the team during busy service periods

• Following food hygiene, health & safety and allergen procedures

• Working alongside experienced team members and supporting the wider events team

• Helping monitor stock levels and reporting any shortages or equipment issues

Requirements

• No previous barista or hospitality experience required – full training will be provided

• Friendly, approachable and positive attitude

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual and well-presented

• Flexible and adaptable to different venues and event styles
