We are looking for experienced, professional Baristas to join our events team, working across a variety of venues and hospitality events. This role is ideal for confident coffee professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can consistently deliver high-quality drinks and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffees and hot beverages to a consistently high standard
- Operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment confidently and efficiently
- Providing friendly, professional customer service in busy event environments
- Setting up and maintaining clean, organised coffee stations across different venues
- Managing workflow during high-volume service periods
- Following food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider events and hospitality team when required
- Maintaining stock levels and reporting shortages or equipment issues
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Barista in cafés, hospitality, events, or high-volume venues
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, milk texturing, and espresso extraction
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different venues and event styles
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and strong team-work ethic
