Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team for our new opening.
This is a hands-on role for a Chef de Partie who takes pride in their section, thrives on consistency, and is committed to delivering food to brand specification from day one.

The Role
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to Baresca standards
- Deliver consistency, quality, and pace during service
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Assist with prep, service, and maintaining a clean, organised section
- Follow all allergen, food safety, and due diligence procedures accurately
- Help maintain standards to support a 5* Environmental Health rating
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house team
- Support training and development of Commis Chefs and junior team members

Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up

- Well organised with strong attention to detail
