Baresca Tapas is an independent, family‑run restaurant group built on genuine hospitality, great tapas, and even better people. We’re excited to be bringing the spirit of Barcelona to Mere Green and are looking for an experienced, confident, warm and hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor to support the management team and help lead our front‑of‑house during service.
This is a floor‑focused role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in creating great guest experiences while supporting and motivating the team.
The Role- Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of restaurant service
- Supervise and motivate the front‑of‑house team
