Baresca Tapas is an independent, family-run restaurant group built on genuine hospitality, great tapas, and even better people. Located in the centre of Nottingham, we're looking for an experienced, confident, warm and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support the management team and help lead the front-of-house during service. This is a floor-focused role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in creating great guest experiences while supporting and motivating the team.

The Role:

  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of restaurant service
  • Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team
  • Be a visible, welcoming presence on the floor
  • Ensure high standards of service, atmosphere, and presentation
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Lead during service when required

About You:

  • Previous experience in FOH role
  • Confident, friendly, and engaging with guests
