Escabeche is an independent, family-run restaurant & bar built on genuine hospitality, bold Spanish flavours, and great people. Located in the heart of West Bridgford, we’re looking for a charismatic, energetic, and people-focused Deputy General Manager to help lead our restaurant and bar. This is a key leadership role within the business, perfect for someone who loves hospitality, thrives on creating atmosphere, and naturally brings energy to a room.

We’re looking for a genuine host — someone who can inspire a team, build relationships with guests, and help create the kind of restaurant & bar people can’t wait to come back to. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to continue building a fun, positive, and high-performing team culture centred around warmth, personality, and heartfelt hospitality.
