We are seeking an ambitious chef de partie to help lead the kitchen team at baresca. Baresca focuses on delivering excellent fresh, flavour packed tapas with warm, friendly service in a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Baresca forms part of our Nottingham based family‑run small group of venues which include Perkins Bar & Bistro, The Carriage Hall in Plumtree and Escabeche in West Bridgford.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day food production
- Alongside the Head and Sous Chef, take responsibility for the good order and management of the kitchen
- Ensure effective communication between front and back of house operations
- Alongside the Head and Sous Chef, take responsibility for stock levels and deliveries
- Manage all sections of the kitchen
- Innovate and contribute to menu development
- Responsible for kitchen legal compliance
Qualifications
We are looking for a bright, professional chef with kitchen experience. They will need to be energetic, level headed, skilled in modern food production with excellent people skills.
