Baresca Tapas is an independent, family-run restaurant group built on genuine hospitality, great tapas, and even better people. We’re excited to be bringing the spirit of Barcelona to Mere Green this July and are looking for experienced warm, energetic Bartenders to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

The Role

  • Prepare and serve high-quality drinks with consistency and attention to detail
  • Deliver friendly, engaging service and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar
  • Bring positivity and energy to every shift
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of drinks, cocktails, wines, and menu offerings
  • Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
  • Support set-up, running, and closing of shifts to a high standard
  • Work closely with the wider Front of House team to ensure smooth service
