Baresca Tapas is an independent, family-run restaurant group built on genuine hospitality, great tapas, and even better people. We’re excited to be bringing the spirit of Barcelona to Mere Green and are looking for an experienced, warm, and engaging General Manager to lead the launch and take full ownership of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role for a natural host and people-first leader who thrives on being on the floor, building strong teams, and creating exceptional guest experiences from day one.

The Role:
- Lead the successful opening and day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Take full ownership of the front-of-house operations and guest experience
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Set the standard on the floor and the kitchen through visible, hands-on leadership
- Drive service & food quality, atmosphere, and consistency
- Oversee events, private bookings, and group reservations
- Work closely with directors to deliver commercial and cultural success

About You:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in some cases an experienced DGM looking for your first big break as a GM
- A natural host who connects easily with guests
- Warm, confident, and calm under pressure
- Leads by example with positivity and kindness
