We’re excited to be bringing the spirit of Barcelona to Mere Green and are looking for a passionate, driven, and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team for our new opening.

This is a hands-on role for a Chef de Partie who takes pride in their section, thrives on consistency, and is committed to delivering food to brand specification from day one.

The Role:

  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to Baresca standards
  • Deliver consistency, quality, and pace during service
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Assist with prep, service, and maintaining a clean, organised section
  • Follow all allergen, food safety, and due diligence procedures accurately
  • Help maintain standards to support a 5* Environmental Health rating
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house team
  • Support training and development of Commis Chefs and junior team members

About You:

Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up

  • Passionate about food, quality, and consistency
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Takes pride in their section and personal standards
  • Keen to develop and progress within a growing business

Let's break the earnings down

  • £13 per hour
  • Service charge average £3 per hour
  • OTE £16 per hour

Full and part time roles available - Baresca Mere Green is due to open in July.
