baresca is a unique and highly rated tapas bar & restaurant in Nottingham city centre. We are part of a Nottingham based family-run small group of venues that include Perkins Bar & Bistro, The Carriage Hall and escabeche in West Bridgford.
Our key focus is on delivering excellent fresh, flavour packed tapas and delicious drinks in a fun and vibrant atmosphere.
We are looking for part time waiting and bar staff with warm personalities and genuine smiles, who have a strong work ethic. They must embrace our company values which include being positive, putting people first, demanding and delivering high standards as well as treating everyone with respect.
Working in line with our values and standards, the main functions of the waiting and bar staff are:
1. Assisting in the setting up of the restaurant.
2. Responsible for assisting in restaurant service, delivering food and drink/ working behind the bar.
3. Assisting in the good order of the front of house areas, keeping things spotless.
4. Assisting in the training of new team members (when up to speed).
5. Monitoring and reporting on daily stock levels and receiving deliveries.
The right people for these roles will be those who love food, take pleasure in making other people happy and are able to think for themselves. They will need to have high standards of personal presentation and have the confidence to engage with co-workers and customers.
This is a full time role with flexible hours that include lunchtimes, evenings and weekends.
