We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and play a key role in the running of our kitchen.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a Sous Chef who thrives on standards, consistency, and teamwork, and who is ready to take real responsibility in a values-led business.
The Role
- Support the Head Chef in the successful day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Lead by example, maintaining pace, accuracy, and clear communication
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet Baresca standards
- Help train and develop the kitchen team
- Support ordering, stock control, GP, and waste management
- Ensure allergen, food safety, and due diligence systems are followed
- Maintain our 5* EHO rating

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP
- Passionate about fresh food and high standards
