At Barefoot Physio, we’re looking for a driven, motivated and passionate MSK Physiotherapist to join our team.
We’re an independent, family‑run physiotherapy practice with clinics in Exeter and Bovey Tracey, and we’re keen to invest in the right person.
We’re looking for someone who is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care, enthusiastic about learning and ambitious about developing their clinical skills and expertise.
We want to help you grow into the physiotherapist you aspire to be.
A supported opportunity to develop
Your role will initially involve predominantly third‑party referred appointments, giving you an established caseload while you build your confidence and experience in private practice.
With support from our experienced physiotherapy team, including clinical supervision, joint assessments and weekly CPD, we’ll help you progress towards building your own private patient caseload.
We’re particularly keen to support someone who wants to expand their knowledge, develop specialist interests and grow professionally, with opportunities for salary progression along the way.
Who we're looking for
- Passionate about MSK physiotherapy.
- Driven, dedicated and motivated to grow.
- Enthusiastic about evidence‑based practice.
- Keen to develop clinical skills and areas of specialist interest.
- A team player who values learning and collaboration.
Essential: Minimum two years' post‑qualification experience, HCPC registration and current CSP membership.
Applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorship.
Whether you’re currently working in the NHS or private practice, we’d love to hear from you.
More than just a job. An opportunity to build your career.
