About this role
Bare Hall Quality Carers are looking for enthusiastic, committed, and caring individuals to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. We welcome both males and females, with or without care experience, who want to make a difference in someone’s life.
We will provide all new starters with a full induction and then provide ongoing refresher training.
We actively promote positive wellbeing with all staff and have a designated mental health first aider available on site or over the phone who can provide ongoing and consistent emotional support. We are constantly looking to develop our staff and provide them with the opportunities to become experts within their fields and ongoing development plans.
Responsibilities
The role of a Home Care Assistant involves personal care, meal preparation, medication, and support to access the community.
Current offer
- Induction training paid once started work
- Excellent rates of pay; up to £13.02 per hour
- Enhancements for weekend working
- 30p per mile for drivers. Full support available from team to claim extra 15p per mile from HMRC (taking mileage allowance to 45p a mile!)
