We are looking for both males and females, with or without care experience that want to make a difference in someone’s life. We will provide all our new starters with a full induction and then provide ongoing refresher training.
We actively promote positive wellbeing with all our staff and have a designated mental health first aider available on site or over the phone who can provide ongoing and consistent emotional support to all of our staff. We are constantly looking to develop our staff and provide them with the opportunities to become experts within their fields and ongoing development plans. We offer a career not just a job!
Bare Hall Quality Carers provides a person-centred service to clients in their own homes. We enable clients to live independently as possible. The role of a Home Care Assistant involves personal care, meal preparation, medication, and support to access the community. You do not need to drive for the role as you will be based in the one area.
We currently offer:
- Induction training paid once started work.
- Excellent rates of pay; up to £13.02 per hour.
- Enhancements for weekend working.
- 30p per mile for drivers. Full support available from team to claim extra 15p per mile from HMRC.
- Taking mileage allowance to 45p a mile!
- Flexible working patterns and hours depending on your needs.
- Contracted hours available.
- Ongoing courses to extend your knowledge.
- Workplace Pension Scheme.
- Refer a Friend bonus - £200 per referral!
