Bare Hall Quality Carers are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and caring individual to join our friendly, caring and supportive team.

Exciting new flat scheme that opened in June 2023. Make a difference in people's lives, whilst learning new skills.

Qualifications and Experience

We require a minimum of 1 year of care experience.

Knowledge of working with individuals with Autism, Asperger's, Acquired Brain Injury and Learning Difficulties is an advantage, though not mandatory.

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to clients in their own flat
  • Conduct night time observations if needed
  • Administer medication as required
  • Support clients with special needs listed above
  • Training and Development

All staff receive a full induction and ongoing refresher training. Paid shadow shifts are also offered.

Employment Details

Based in one building with opportunities for waking night shifts and sleep‑in shifts.

Driving not required but desirable.
