Shift Timings ā Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and deliver midāsized security system projects (typically Ā£200kāĀ£1m). This role covers all phasesāfrom tender review to technical handoverāspecialising in CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and related security infrastructure.

Your main responsibilities may include:
- Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, handover
- Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor teams
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and installation groups
- Ensure compliance with NSI/BAFE/British Standards
- Act as primary client liaisonāintelligent and responsive
- Supervise onāsite progress, health & safety, and quality assurance
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- Proven delivery of complex security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms), Ā£200kāĀ£1m+ project values
- At least 5 years in electronic fire/security project roles
- Knowledge of NSI/BAFE/industry standards and codes of practice
- Strong technical background covering CCTV, access control, intruder alarm installation & commissioning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Have a strong track record managing electronic security systems projects
- Can confidently handle multiple concurrent projects
- Possess excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
