About the role
- Pay Rate – £16.42
- Location – London
- Shift Timings – 4on 4 off. Days and Nights needs to be flexible
Note: They must have a clean driving license. Subject to internal approval a company vehicle will be provided.

Your main responsibilities may include:
- Ensure familiarity with the Company Handbook, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure familiarity of all relevant legislation required for the role i.e., DSE, GDPR etc.
- Liaise with the Control Room on a day-to-day basis to discuss operational requirements.
- Carry out duties and always requested tasks effectively and professionally.
- Ensure that you and the teams have timely arrival prior to shift commencement to ensure a thorough handover/takeover of duties on post.
- Support the control room and operations managers where required to ensure that all colleagues are scheduled, and any gaps are covered.
- To understand and comply with the Statutory Disciplinary and Grievance procedures and HR policies and conduct disciplinary investigations and attend grievance hearings where appropriate.
- Complete a reasonable management/client request in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- SIA License.
- 5-year checkable work/career history.
- Clear criminal background.
- Full UK clean driving license.
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure.
