About the role Title – Mobile response officer Pay Rate – £12.10 Location – Langley station, Iver Station and West Drayton station Shift Timings – Full time, 14:00 till 22:00, Thursday to Sunday Must be have a Full Uk drivers license and Vehicle! Your main responsibilities may include: Patrol the premises and check areas for trespass and welfare issues Write detailed reports Should anyone be seen trespassing then the candidate would need to try to call them off tracks as quick as possible, call the relevant parties immediately with full update, description and location and get assistance. If the person were to get off tracks, then the person/team should try to keep them on site without a physical restraint and updating the relevant parties While also patrolling for trespass the team / staff should also be extra vigilant for vulnerable people, people who could be going to the station distress or looking to cause harm to themselves or others. Able to communicate clearly with all the team Teams may also get calls to attend incidents along there routes to deal with any of the above. To succeed in this role, you will need the following: SIA License. Full Uk drivers license and vehicle Outstanding written and spoken communication skills 5-year checkable work/career history. Great teamwork Experience in a similar role, would an advantage Physically fit to undertake given tasks. Possess the ability to work under pressure.
