We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Vetting Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Vetting Team
- Accurately input and maintain data in line with internal processes
- Coordinate reference checks and manage communication with referees and applicants
- Interpret and follow vetting procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with other departments and external partners as required
