About the role
Pay Rate – £12.92 PH
Location – Hayes UB3
Shift Timings - Full Time - 32 Hours - Mon - Fri
You will be working in a well-known retail store, a widely known retailer which holds various stock such as make up, skincare, fragrance, hair and more. This role is largely customer service based, with the requirement being to cover the main door, meet and greet customers and offer support, as well as regular patrols and challenging the alarm. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike. We are looking for candidates who are confident, outgoing, and have good energy, as well as being the type of officer that wants to help people, and be a part of a team.

Your main responsibilities may include:
- Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
- Challenge the alarm.
- Meet and greet on the door.
- Offer support to visitors.
- Follow ASCONE.
- Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit Points of the retail store.
- Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft detecting devices.
- Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- SIA licence is desirable but not essential, as full SIA training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Be confident, outgoing, friendly, and willing to learn.
- 5-year checkable work/career history.
- Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure.
