About the role

  • Pay Rate – £13.70
  • Location – Croydon
  • Shift Timings – Must be fully flexible and able to work weekends

Your main responsibilities may include:

  • Speaking to visitors and clients on the phone.
  • Prompt on email replies and be able to handle high volume calls due to this being the head office and point of escalation for both Superdrug and Savers.
  • Dealing with incidents which have happened on site.
  • Must be organised and this site is fast paced.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

  • SIA License.
  • 5-year checkable work/career history.
  • Experience in a similar role, would be an advantage.
  • Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure.
  • Very good communication.
  • Looking to start a role immediately.
