We are a Coventry-Based Homelessness Prevention and Support Charity for Young People Aged 16-25.

The young people we work with are among the most vulnerable in Coventry.

Lack of adult support is common leading to chaotic lifestyles.

Serial homelessness is a feature with ‘sofa surfing’ at friends’ houses hiding the true extent of the problem and limiting access to statutory support.

For some of our young people we are regarded as ‘home’, the only place they feel part of and loved and cared for.

The work at Bardsley House has been established for nearly twenty years and has been operating as a separate charity since 2013.

We are looking for someone to join our board of trustees in the role of Treasurer, potential candidates would be detail orientated with strong financial acumen, a background in ether accounting or book keeping and experienced in payroll.

Ensuring that trustees have an accurate financial overview from which to make decisions and relevant charity stakeholders, Charities commission and funders are kept up to date with our finances.

You would be joining the organisation at an exciting time of our development as we expand the reach and level of support we deliver with young people.

The role holder will be expected to undertake an DBS check and adhere to our safeguarding policy.

You will be directed to our website to complete your application for this position.

No agencies please.
