To control incoming and outgoing vehicles, to ensure safety in the yard area is maintained.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for controlling the access of all vehicles into site, including external / third party vehicles via a CCTV / intercom system.
- Co-ordination of large goods vehicles exiting site and recording of daily transport documentation.
- Responsible for maintenance of the site ANPR database in accordance to GDPR Regulations.
- Responsible for conducting contractor inductions to site.
- Co-ordination of any emergency evacuations and contacting emergency services as needed.
- Support for Bailer House staff in accordance with their duties and responsibilities.
- Support for Maintenance dept in accordance with their duties and responsibilities.
- General office administration duties, i.e filing, recording data, reporting.
- Perform any other duties directed by the Facilities Manager.

- Time Keeping and Punctuality.
- Adherence to agreed procedures.
- Adherence to company Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
- Compliance with the company Quality and Hygiene standards of BRC / IoP.
