Monday - Friday8-5, 45hrs a week J OB PURPOSE Manage plant-wide maintenance and capital investment programmes, maximising asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Provides long-range planning for the plant and equipment needs including capital and major repairs.
Develops implements and oversees predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance programmes.
Uses other maintenance disciplines in the development and application of reliability engineering, root-cause analysis and fault-diagnosis of equipment and processes.
Coaches and develops all maintenance technicians, creating individual training and development plans Continually reviews the effectiveness of the service, ensuring that cost controls are maintained and internal customer expectations are managed Ensure support
