We are looking for an experienced Straight Line Glue Operator to join our finishing team.
You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining gluing machinery to produce high-quality food and pharmaceutical packaging while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
Key Responsibilities Set up and operate straight line gluing machines to customer specifications.
Monitor production quality and make machine adjustments as required.
Perform routine machine maintenance and report any faults or breakdowns.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Carry out line clearances and machine clean-downs between jobs.
Support, train, and supervise Gluing Assistants where required.
