ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in London, the Vice President is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams and external intermediaries, identifying new commercial opportunities, and supporting strategic business development initiatives. The role focuses on achieving defined business objectives such as increasing client engagement, developing new market opportunities, and improving the overall client experience. The Vice President also plays a key role in supporting structured relationship‑management programmes within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for new business enquiries in Europe, including oversight of onboarding and initial compliance requirements.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of the firm’s service capabilities across multiple jurisdictions, both internally and externally.
  • Build relationships across internal practice groups to identify and expand service opportunities arising from new client engagements.
  • Personally manage new business pipelines, proactively developing and securing new relationships.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client and internal team queries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders, including leadership, clients, internal teams, and support functions.
  • Act as a key intermediary between internal teams and existing or prospective clients.
  • Support the regional client relationship programme, contributing to client‑focused initiatives.
  • Engage existing clients to identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.
  • Assist with proposals, marketing materials, and external communications relevant to business development.
