Barden is working with an IT Services organisation with a fantastic reputation as an employer as it looks to hire a commercial lawyer to join the Legal team on a maternity cover fixed term contract of 12 months. This is an organisation known for its flexibility and work-life balance offered.
While in the initial few months, the successful individual is encouraged to be onsite in the Belfast office at least 1 day per week, the role can afterwards be performed on a largely remote basis from anywhere in Ireland.
The role will focus on reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with customers and suppliers, such as MSAs and NDAs. You'll be advising the business with regards to the legal risk assessment with a commercial and solutions-oriented mindset.
