You’ll partner with plant leadership, supply chain, and finance teams to drive cost efficiency, improve profitability, and ensure strong financial governance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead financial planning and analysis for operations and supply chain.
  • Build models to assess capital investment feasibility and returns.
  • Deliver insights to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
  • Monitor KPIs and partner with operations teams to drive performance.
  • Oversee inventory accounting and ensure accurate valuation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain robust internal controls.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Italy.
