This opportunity would suit a finance professional with broad corporate & transactions experience either in practice or industry who is looking to progress their career in a more commercial & strategic direction and add real value in a fast growing business.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Leading the evaluation and delivery of all major investment and development initiatives
- Building business cases from initial concept through to EBITDA and cash‑return modelling
- Presenting recommendations to senior leadership and guiding decision‑making
- Designing a consistent framework for assessing internal and external opportunities
- Supporting due diligence, financial analysis and integration activity for potential acquisitions
- Running scenario modelling and assessing capital allocation options
