For our office in Barcelona, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Paralegal (m/f/d). Together with your colleagues, you will perform diverse tasks in the field of the application, monitoring, and administration of IP rights. In particular, you will aid in preparing and filing new patent applications, docket and monitor deadlines, and provide support in correspondence with the relevant offices and clients.
Your position will require you to be self-reliant in cooperating with the attorneys in charge and to perform your tasks mainly in English.
Your profile:
- You have extensive administrative experience.
- You are eager to learn and a pro-active, organized, and diligent person.
- You have excellent oral and written command of the English and Spanish language.
- The European patent administration certification (EPAC) would be an advantage, but is not required.
