In this role, you will drive Barco’s commercial success by expanding our reseller ecosystem, developing new business opportunities, and positioning our solutions strongly within the market. You combine a hunter mentality with strong relationship‑building skills, enabling partners and end customers to experience the full value of Barco’s technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Barco products to end customers through both existing and newly recruited resellers.
  • Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities across targeted markets and accounts.
  • Build, structure, and grow a strong reseller network for Barco within the broader market.
  • Achieve personal sales targets and ensure consistent market penetration.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new resellers as their main point of contact: develop joint business plans, set performance and investment targets, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Activate and support existing Barco resellers according to the target plan, working closely with the designated Account Manager; take ownership of partner support and all related opportunities.
  • Offer technical and commercial guidance to partners to ensure accurate product specification and solution positioning.
  • Deliver proactive product training and updates to selected channel partners.
  • Support lead generation efforts through events, demonstrations, and on‑site customer engagement.
  • Manage the efficient distribution and follow‑up of leads within the partner network.
  • Strengthen Barco’s brand visibility and ensure positive market exposure across the region.
  • Follow up on end‑customer leads from Business Development or consultants: assess customer needs, provide value‑driven proposals, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information on all sales opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Deliver reliable consolidated monthly sell‑in forecasts, in line with Barco’s forecasting methodology.
  • Monitor market developments and technology trends, sharing insights with Sales Management and Segment Marketing.

Required Education, Experience & Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience in a related industry or relevant technologies.

People Skills

  • Strong, confident communication and presentation abilities; able to build credibility with customer stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across organizational, cultural, and geographical boundaries.
