At Barclays, we’ve spent 11 years perfecting our Apprenticeship programmes so that you can start to think differently about your future. Join us at any point in your life in a well-paid, permanent job – doing real, impactful work from day one – all whist working towards a recognised qualification up to Degree level.
- Foundation Apprenticeships; a full-time opportunity with 2-years on programme working towards qualification s equivalent to 2-A-Levels. Structured learning and development along your qualification to up-skill you in your permanent role.
- Higher Apprenticeships; a full-time opportunity with 2-4-years on programme working towards qualifications up to level 6. Structured learning and development along your qualification to up-skill you in your permanent role.
- Degree Apprenticeships; a full-time opportunity with 4 years on programme working towards a degree levelt qualification in your business area. Structured learning and development along your qualification to up-skill you in your permanent role.

- Explorer Programme; 2-year programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience through a deep dive into a chosen business area. - Expert Programme; 1-2 year targeted, fast-track programmes focused on developing specialist technical expertise. Work on live projects that build your experience and enhance your skills.
