What positions do we offer?
On a Barclays Early Careers programme, you’ll learn and grow every day, surrounded by people who love to think differently. Whether you’re based at our cutting edge campus in Glasgow or our thriving hub of activity in Barclays Manchester, our Radbroke campus or in the heart of London – you’ll join a community of collaboration and support from day one.
Our Internships are many graduates’ first experience of the world of finance. Across 8-10 weeks, we’ll immerse you in our culture, involve you in real projects and give you a thorough overview of our business. Candidates should currently be pursuing an undergraduate degree and be one year from graduation.
Our Graduate programmes are immersive, fulfilling experiences. Join us full-time, and we’ll give you a wealth of experience and support – as you take on challenging, complex real-world projects that matter. Choose from our two pathways:
Explorer – a 2-year programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience through a deep dive into a chosen business area. Participate in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to go fully-equipped into your role. Access support plus self-paced learning opportunities always at your fingertips.
Expert – 1-2 year targeted, fast-track programmes focused on developing specialist technical expertise. Work on live projects that build your experience and enhance your skills. Participate in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to go fully-equipped into your role. Access support plus self-paced learning opportunities always at your fingertips.
At Barclays, we’ve spent 15 years perfecting our Apprenticeship programmes so that you can start to think differently about your future. Join us at any point in your life in a well-paid, permanent job – doing real, impactful work from day one – all whist working towards a recognised qualification up to Degree level.
- Apprenticeships; a full-time opportunity with 2-years on programme working towards qualification s equivalent to 2-A-Levels. Structured learning and development along your qualification to up-skill you in your permanent role.
- Higher Apprenticeships; a full-time opportunity with 2-4-years on programme working towards qualifications up to level 6. Structured learning and development along your qualification to up-skill you in your permanent role.
- Degree Apprenticeships; a full-time opportunity with 4 years on programme working towards a degree level qualification in your business area. Structured learning and development along your qualification to up-skill you in your permanent role.
