As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven IT Support Engineer to join our expanding team in Belfast, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Role Overview

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious, self‑driven and dedicated IT Support Engineer who wants to get stuck in and learn new things. This role will cover:

  • Create Support Tickets and progress to resolution.
  • Provide IT support across desktop, systems, and user environments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 and user account administration.
  • Manage device builds, deployments, patching, and upgrades.
  • Assist with infrastructure build and support.
Key Responsibilities
  • MS Windows 11 desktops.
  • MS Office 365 support and administration.
  • Hardware configuration and set up based on customer requirements.
  • Network support and maintenance.
  • Firewall and remote access systems administration and support.
  • Mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet device set up and support.
  • Backup systems configuration and data restoration.

Previous experience in an IT Support / Service Desk role. Microsoft 365, Windows, and Server/Active Directory knowledge. Good networking fundamentals. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Full driving licence and access to a car (as there will be elements of travel to customer site).
