We are seeking an Associate Salesforce Administrator to support our Salesforce platform and assist with a range of administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, eager to learn, and motivated to develop technical skills within Salesforce and related technologies. This position offers hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, with exposure to automation and development tools such as Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, Apex, and T-SQL, supported by mentorship from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform.
  • Assist with maintaining data quality through data cleansing and basic deduplication tasks.
  • Help configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts under guidance.
  • Support existing workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Help monitor data accuracy and consistency.
  • Respond to reporting requests from internal teams.

Automation & Flow Support

  • Support the build and maintenance of Salesforce Flows.
