We are seeking a dedicated Client Onboarding & Sales Support Executive to join our team. This office-based role in Northampton is critical for facilitating a smooth and successful client transition to live operations. You will provide essential administrative, pricing, operational, and analytical support to our sales department, ensuring efficient sales processes and nurturing strong client relationships.
About the Role
Your primary objective will be to ensure clients achieve a successful "go live" status with a high standard of onboarding. This involves close collaboration with sales teams, the meticulous preparation of crucial documentation such as pricing proposals and contracts, and effective management of client interactions to guarantee satisfaction and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client onboarding processes to achieve successful "go live" status.
- Support sales teams by preparing pricing letters, contracts, and onboarding applications.
- Collect Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and maintain CRM databases and reports.
- Manage direct communications with key clients.
