Zero Trust Network Access Delivery Lead required to join the largest multi-year cybersecurity transformation in the UK. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering a Zero Trust security model across a complex international organisation operating across multiple divisions and geographies.
You'll join a well-funded, multi-year transformation initiative focused on building modern cyber capabilities at scale. Working across enterprise architecture, identity, cloud, endpoint, and network security domains, you'll lead the transition from traditional perimeter-based security to a modern Zero Trust approach where identity, device posture, and contextual access controls govern every interaction.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on programme delivery and is ideal for someone who can operate confidently at executive level while also engaging deeply with architects, engineers, and operational IT teams.
The ZTNA Delivery Lead will define and execute the organisation's Zero Trust strategy and roadmap. You'll be responsible for translating strategic objectives into practical architecture and scalable implementation plans, ensuring successful adoption across a highly federated and diverse technology landscape.
The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, programme governance expertise, architectural understanding, and the ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
