An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Analyst to join a well-established law firm on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role offers full remote working, a genuinely flexible environment, and a strong, collaborative culture where compliance is well-supported across the business.

You will play a key role in supporting the firm’s financial crime and risk framework, with a particular focus on:

  • AML / KYC checks across new and existing clients
  • Sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring
  • Conflicts checks and management, ensuring accurate identification and escalation of risks
  • Conducting client due diligence and risk assessments
  • Liaising with fee earners and stakeholders to resolve compliance queries

Previous experience in a compliance or financial crime role within a law firm.

Strong understanding of AML, KYC and sanctions requirements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders across the business.

Fully remote working.
