Base pay range London, Leeds, or Manchester (hybrid – approx. 2 days/week in office) Up to £100,000 base + bonus + £6,800 car allowance + strong benefits.
We’re working with a consultancy that delivers automation and digital transformation services across the public sector. They’re now looking for a Senior Consultant to lead a team and own the delivery of complex, high-impact change programmes. This is a senior role for someone who enjoys taking ownership across the full lifecycle – from engaging stakeholders and shaping delivery roadmaps, through to managing teams and ensuring successful implementation.
Key responsibilities:- Define and lead the strategy for automation and digitalisation projects
- Build and maintain a healthy sales/delivery pipeline
- Engage clients to understand challenges and design solutions that deliver real ROI
- Manage a team of consultants and offshore developers
- Oversee delivery across timelines, budgets, and technical standards
