Security Delivery Lead required to join the largest cyber transformation in the UK.

You’ll initially lead the rollout of OT security monitoring across priority manufacturing sites, coordinating engineering, operations, cyber teams and third-party suppliers.

You may also support initiatives including IT/OT network segmentation and Secure Remote Access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of OT cyber security projects.
  • Manage plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and governance.
  • Coordinate delivery across technical, operational and third-party teams.
  • Provide clear project reporting and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Manage stakeholders across multiple sites and geographies.
  • Coordinate go-live and transition into BAU.

About You

  • Strong experience delivering cyber security or technology projects.
  • Proven project and budget management experience.
  • Comfortable working across complex, distributed organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS or IEC 62443.
  • OT cyber security or manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with OT monitoring, network segmentation or Secure Remote Access would be beneficial.
  • PMP, MSP, CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification is advantageous.
