The role focuses on providing independent oversight and challenge across technology risk, including IT risk, cyber and information security, data risk, operational resilience and intra group services. You will work closely with first line teams and senior stakeholders, providing risk advisory support, contributing to regulatory engagement, and ensuring technology risks are effectively identified and managed.
We are looking for someone with experience in a regulated environment, ideally financial services, with a background in technology risk or operational risk. You will have a strong understanding of governance and control frameworks, experience working with public cloud shared responsibility models, and the ability to translate technical issues into clear risk insight. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, and professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC or CISSP are desirable but not required.
The role follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
