You’ll take ownership of the core banking platform and account model, steering its direction and making key decisions that directly impact scalability, compliance and commercial success. Working closely with engineering, risk, operations and vendors, you’ll deliver solutions that are customer-ready and future-proof.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team where product managers have real say in direction and execution. Enjoy hybrid working (2–3 days in the office) and a benefits package that supports your health, wellbeing and family life.
Define and evolve the core banking platform and account model, making it scalable, well understood and aligned with product needs. Manage account structures, configuration and vendor relationships, while building internal expertise and documentation to reduce external dependency.
