We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Performance Attribution Support Analyst to support a major platform transition for a leading investment manager. You’ll help deliver high‑quality attribution reporting across Multi‑Asset and Equity funds while improving processes, reducing risk, and supporting the move to a streamlined, automated framework.
What You’ll Do
- Produce monthly / quarterly spliced attribution for c.100 funds.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and methodology alignment.
- Support ad hoc attribution requests and client reporting needs.
- Help standardise and automate workflows.
- Partner with internal teams and providers during a multi‑year system migration (e.g., Aladdin).
What You Bring
- Experience in performance attribution within investment management.
- IMC / CFA / IOC / CIPM beneficial.
- Strong Excel skills (VBA a plus) and ideally Aladdin experience.
- Solid understanding of fund structures and performance measurement.
