We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Performance Attribution Support Analyst to support a major platform transition for a leading investment manager. You’ll help deliver high‑quality attribution reporting across Multi‑Asset and Equity funds while improving processes, reducing risk, and supporting the move to a streamlined, automated framework.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce monthly / quarterly spliced attribution for c.100 funds.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and methodology alignment.
  • Support ad hoc attribution requests and client reporting needs.
  • Help standardise and automate workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams and providers during a multi‑year system migration (e.g., Aladdin).

What You Bring

  • Experience in performance attribution within investment management.
  • IMC / CFA / IOC / CIPM beneficial.
  • Strong Excel skills (VBA a plus) and ideally Aladdin experience.
  • Solid understanding of fund structures and performance measurement.
