Operational Resilience Governance Lead

We're working with a leading financial institution that is looking to hire an experienced Operational Resilience professional to join their UK-based team.

This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening operational resilience governance, overseeing management information, and ensuring alignment with key regulatory requirements, including FCA, PRA, and DORA. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and embedding resilience across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Operational Resilience within the Financial Services sector
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA) and DORA
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing or mentoring staff (this role includes one direct report)
